Fantastic service

I had my consultation for under arm laser hair removal today, at the Stratford branch.
I was greeted at the front desk by Marisol in a very friendly manor. I filled out the terms & conditions and was finally ready for my consultation meeting. Throughout this meeting she was very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. She informed me everything I needed to know; as well as answered my queries. She also kindly recommended treatments for my mother (who was very keen & interested).
Right before I ended my consultation, I was curious as to what the pain would feel like. (I decided to not do my session as yet- due to recently waxing). She was lovely enough to do a few tester shots so I could get an idea... I literally didn’t feel a thing! :D. Overall the staff/ team have been very sweet and helpful. A big thank you again to my consultant Marisol. Can’t wait to start and grab some more great deals!

I’ve had laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and dysport injections and I’ve never had any issues. The girls are very professional and do an amazing job. I will continue to go to Bayside as I like their services.

Very poor service. I went last week for my treatment. Owner was really rude to me . Owner is really unprofessional, she does not have manners at all . I came back home without treatment. I also tried to contact other people to take an action against her . They did not reply at all . I believe, they don’t care and respect their customers. My experience was really bad and I have decided not to go back this place. There is so many laser clinic in Market and also they are nice to their customers.

Staff are always friendly and fantastic at Helensvale. Great clinic.

I would not recommend this Laser Clinics Australia store Toowoomba store in particular! You couldn’t even pay me to go back!!!
My experience includes poor customer service, poor service in general and treated terribly by the injector who is in my opinion based on our conversation a very superficial person and only friendly towards you if you are rich!!!!
I was always left with one eye not done! Twice!!! Even after addressing this issue with the store and her having previous knowledge and records of what I had when I happily attended a store in Morayfield.
If anyone is going there please see Leah. A lovely, genuine and skilled nurse.
As for Toowoomba my opinion is leave this unprofessional store alone, go elsewhere like I am now doing!

Courtney is such a delight. She sees so many clients per day but still makes me feel special right at the end of her day.

The lady was so rude and has awful customer service. I've been there for a few times and decided to discontinue after my forth laser treatment. I felt so unwelcome since I arrived. No smiles at all, impolite attitude when she talk to a customer. Rushing during the treatment and she ignored I told her I felt painful and rushing to finish. The worst experience I've ever had. I can’t feel any respect from her, this is racist!

The staff at the Caringbah clinic are so lovely and always a good experience there. On time professional and covid safety is priority

I already had 2 sessions before (Townsville, Cairns) and had my 3th session in Noosa.
The personal which done my LHR (Kate) was really horrible and didn't answer normal questions after normal asking for 2 or 3 times she just ignored it and she even reacted grumpy and angry.
After that threatment, the results were horrible and the hair grow back after 3 days and didn't fell out like they normally do.
I will stop the whole treatment permanently and would not recommend Laser Clinics Noosa. ????
It is also sad that you can't buy multiple vouchers/treatments and use it all over Australia.
Have to buy voucher by voucher for different locations means you have to pre plan which is not optimal when you are working all over Australia.

Lyndal is professional, honest and very Friendly. I was made to feel really comfortable, no rushing and and not a problem for extra time for numbing. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.
